Joseph M. Solimene, Attorney at Law

 

Attorney Solimene is a sole practitioner in North Haven. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation including: personal injury, divorce and Landlord-Tenant matters.  Attorney Solimene is certified to accept appointments as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and Attorney for the Minor Child (AMC) by the Connecticut Courts.

Prior to founding the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC, attorney Solimene worked in the Stamford office of one of the largest litigation firms in the United States. His prior practice experience includes transportation law, (including catastrophic personal injury, property damage and regulatory compliance,) premise liability, medical malpractice, construction defects and toxic tort claims.   In addition to Connecticut and New York, he has litigated matters in multiple state and federal courts throughout the Unites States.

Attorney Solimene is a graduate of Florida State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law and received his LL.M. in Law and Government from the Washington College of Law at American University. 

His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the New Haven County Bar Association, of which he is co-chair of the Public Service Committee. 

Joe was names as a Connecticut Rising Star by Superlawyers in 2010 – 2011 and 2013.
