New Haven Flat Fee Eviction Attorney

At the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC, we believe in providing cost conscious and efficient legal advice for our clients. If you are a Landlord with property within the jurisdiction of the New Haven Housing Court we will handle your eviction for the flat fee of $450. 

The flat fee covers the attorney’s fee only, which includes the drafting of the Notice to Quit, the drafting and filing of all pleadings and one hearing.  If your case requires more than one hearing we charge a flat fee of $200 for each additional court appearance, including trials. Generally, matters are resolved in one hearing. The Landlord pays all costs, including but not limited to: Marshal fees for service, the court filing fees, the execution fee and the move out costs.

Connecticut Flat Fee Eviction Attorney

Attorney Joseph M. Solimene will assist clients throughout Connecticut with the eviction process.

If you are a Connecticut Landlord with property located outside the New Haven Housing Court, the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC will still handle your eviction matter for a flat fee in any housing court in Connecticut.

  • All other courts within New Haven County $550.00
  • Any court, statewide outside of New Haven County $650.00
