New Haven Flat Fee Eviction Attorney

At the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC, we believe in providing cost conscious and efficient legal advice for our clients. If you are a Landlord with property in New Haven County we will handle your eviction matter in the New Haven Housing Court for the flat fee of $450. 

The flat fee covers the attorney’s fee, which includes the drafting of the Notice to Quit, the drafting and filing of all pleadings and one hearing.  If your case requires more than one hearing we charge a flat fee of $150 for each additional court appearance, including trials. Generally, matters are resolved in one hearing. The Landlord pays the additional costs, including but not limited to: Marshal fees for service, the court filing fees, the execution fee and the move out costs.
